Liv Benson
Born and raised in Orange County, California, Liv knows the OC area like the back of her hand! She has always had a passion for working with people, design, and business. Receiving her Realtor’s license in 2020, Liv loves the world of real estate. “There are so many different roles we get to take on in this career path as a real estate agent. From negotiating with other agents, to analyzing neighborhood comparables and market trends, to creating social media posts, and even assisting with design and staging, there is always something new to learn. Each transaction is a completely unique experience!”
Liv received a B.S. from Santa Clara University and a M.B.A. from California State University, Fullerton. She is very detail oriented and has been recognized by her brokerage for her diligent compliance work!
Kim Jordan
Kim’s real estate career began at IOR Global in 1997; there she worked as an international relocation consultant providing corporate executives transferring to the U.S or those repatriating with all of their relocation & community orientation needs.
Her time at IOR Global inspired her to become a licensed Realtor in 2005, which would give her over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry.
Kim credits her years working in management at Limited Express and I. Magnin for her development of talents in sales, communication, problem solving, and knowing the importance of going above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of.
Her love for people and business make it easy for her clients to trust her when it comes to accommodating all of their real estate needs.
Kim was raised in Brea and it is where she and her husband decided to raise their four children. Being a lifelong resident of Brea, she considers herself an expert of the area she loves.
